LED Message Boards - Custom Message Board

Mercator Robotec Inc. can provide customers with custom LED message boards for various applications.  In this particular application, a buffer indication system was created for a leading automobile manufacturer to provide employees with accurate information regarding the amount of completed parts in the production system. 

The system was composed of Toyopuc PLC's, an RSView Station and Adaptive 220C and AlphaVision marquee displays.  The RSView application had three screens displaying various information regarding the part buffers.  Information from the RSView screen was relayed to the LED message boards, providing an easy method for viewing the part buffers.  An example of the marquee displays that were used is shown below.
